Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that schedules can shift. Clients may reschedule an appointment free of charge if notice is provided at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled session. Once we receive timely notice, a full refund or rescheduling option will be made available.

If a rescheduling or cancellation request is made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session, it will be considered a late cancellation, and no refund will be issued.
